WARRANTY INFORMATION
Dragon Master Warranty
Every gaming PC built by Dragon Master for Electronics is covered by our own 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in assembly and workmanship — meaning anything caused by how the PC was built, not by how it is used.
What Our 1-Year Warranty Covers
- Assembly defects — loose connections, improper seating, cable damage caused during build
- Component failures attributable to our build process within the warranty period
- Free diagnosis and repair at either of our Abu Dhabi stores
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage, drops, liquid damage, or misuse after delivery
- Damage caused by power surges or improper electrical supply
- Modifications made to the PC after delivery (overclocking beyond our settings, third-party hardware changes)
- Normal wear and tear
Manufacturer Warranty
Each individual component in your build (GPU, CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage, PSU, etc.) carries its own separate manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty periods vary by brand and product — typically between 1 and 5 years — and are independent of Dragon Master's 1-year coverage.
To claim a manufacturer warranty on a component, the customer contacts the brand or its authorised UAE service centre directly. Dragon Master can assist with identifying the correct claim process, but the warranty relationship for each part is between the customer and the manufacturer.
Common Manufacturer Warranty Contacts (UAE)
- NVIDIA / GPU partners (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte) — contact the distributor or brand UAE support
- AMD / Intel — registered on manufacturer website at time of purchase
- Corsair, Kingston, G.Skill (RAM) — lifetime or multi-year warranties via brand website
- Samsung, Seagate, WD (Storage) — register at brand website, 3–5 year typical coverage
How to Claim Your Dragon Master Warranty
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 52 561 1998 or email sales@dragonmasterstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our team will diagnose remotely or ask you to bring the PC to the store.
- If the issue falls within our warranty scope, repair or replacement of the affected component is carried out at no charge.
Dragon Master for Electronics reserves the right to determine whether an issue falls within warranty scope. Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
